• Checks processed on your account with the ability for automatic check signing
  For clients that wish to have payroll checks drawn off their own bank account, we offer our check signing service. All checks will be laser signed with your authorized signature.
• Completely paperless payroll option
  Go green with V.I. Pay. Take advantage of our direct deposit option and electronic pay stub. Eliminate the need for paper check stubs and stacks of payroll reports. All reports are sent via email in PDF format to view and/or print.
• Third party checks
  Let us handle your garnishment and child support obligations. We offer the ease of either automatic ACH remittance or a paper check prepared for your immediate distribution.
• New hire reporting
• Employer reports (basic and customized)
  We have basic payroll reports that you can choose from or we have the ability to customize reports to suit your specific needs.
• Tax liability payments
  These include federal, state and local tax filings and payments. We withhold and remit all tax liability so that you do not have to be concerned with late or inaccurate payments. Also, all applicable payroll tax returns are filed on your behalf, including 941's, 943's, 940's, State Unemployment, State Disability and State/Local Withholding returns, W-2's and 1099's. Under this service, V.I. Pay assumes all liability for timeliness and accuracy.
